How can I help?
Hi, My name is Kiran. I am a BACP registered therapist with a Level 4 diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I offer in-person therapy in Berkshire, with sessions available in Ascot, Virginia Water, Windsor and Sunninghill, alongside online therapy.
I have experience working with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, trauma, grief, depression, relationship challenges, ADHD, neurodivergence and low self-esteem. I’ve supported clients through periods of crisis, including those experiencing thoughts of self-harm, and I understand how isolating and overwhelming those moments can be.
My approach is always led by you and your pace — there’s no pressure to open up before you’re ready. But when you are, I offer a space that’s grounded in honesty, compassion, and trust. I pride myself on being congruent and real in the therapy room, which allows my clients to be honest with themselves and begin to process what they’ve been carrying.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of where to start, I’m here to help you make sense of things — gently, but with intention.

I offer person-centred and relational therapy for individuals.
-
During the session we will work together to explore what has brought you to therapy and what you’d like to achieve from this process.
-
I usually recommend weekly or fortnightly sessions initially, as this can help us build a foundation for the therapeutic work. We'll discuss what frequency feels appropriate for you.
-
You can reach me anytime via my contact page form or email. I will endeavour to respond within 24 hours.
-
One session is £110. But I have some low fee slots running each month for those that need it the most, in order to allow everyone access to help.
-
My principal approach is person-centred therapy, while I also draw from other therapeutic perspectives depending on your individual needs. Whatever approach we use, your needs and what feels right for you remain at the heart of the work.
-
Yes. Therapy can provide a safe space to explore anxiety, understand what may be contributing to it, and develop a deeper understanding of your experiences. Like all therapy, the more you are willing to be open and honest the more beneficial you will find it.
-
That is the most common block to people starting therapy and I can completely relate, it is a strange concept to talk to a complete stranger about the most deepest parts of ourselves and our lives, but I like to foster an environment that ensures this process is done at a pace that is authentic and gentle for you.
